Parentpay - Online
We accept payments online for school meals and other items such as schools trips and other events/services.
Using a secure website called ParentPay® you can pay online using your credit or debit card.
ParentPay is easy to use and you have the freedom to make payments whenever you want, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Gone are the days of writing cheques or finding the cash to send into school!
Many parents will welcome the certainty that money paid using ParentPay will reach school quickly and safely. Your child no longer has to take responsibility for carrying money into school. Parents that wish to continue paying cash can do so at their local convenience stores using a PayPoint™ card or bar code letter (both available on request), but are still able to view a history of payments using their account login details.
Parents are asked to book their meal together with their menu choice via the ParentPay System. Meal bookings are required before 8am of the day requested. Please see the ‘How to guide’ below to help book meals.
This includes booking meals if you are in receipt of any form of free school meals as the order is placed directly with the school catering company - so no booking means it is assumed a packed lunch will be provided.
If your child is having a packed lunch, you no longer need to specify this on Parentpay, but please ensure you haven't also ordered a hot meal on Parentpay.
Absence - Lunch cancellations
If your child is unexpectedly absent or has planned absence, please ensure you have cancelled their lunch booking on Parentpay by 8am of the day requested, otherwise you may still be charged.
